He's the Lord of the Stars! Or, whatever. Channel Star-Lord (but maybe not his sense of humor) with the Marvel Legends Premium Role Play Star-Lord Electronic Helmet. This groovy noggin bucket features premium sculpting and deco, as well as electronic SFX and light up eyes that'll have collectors seeing stars. Fully adjustable to fit most heads (sorry, Groot). Highly detailed and 1:1 full-scale premium role-play items come to the Marvel Legends line! In addition to 2 glowing LED eyes, the Star-Lord Electronic Helmet features built-in speakers and music detection technology, so wearers can sync up their tunes and get moving and grooving (rhythm not guaranteed).

It's an amazingly well detailed and feature rich prop piece for the price. No really at $99 it can't be beat. The sculpt is great. The paintwork is acceptable. The weathering feels a little to mass produced factory issue. If you are into that sort of thing you will want to redo or improve it yourself. For the real do it yourself type the helmet is a fantastic starting point for super detailing. But out of the box it is as or somewhat better than most costume or replica props that have been offered. At a fraction of the price. The fit is decent, although getting it adjusted is finicky, just as it is on all of these helmets. It's easy and intuitive to get on. The clamshell mechanism does the trick nicely.

From the outside looking in it is stunning. Especially with the lights on. From the inside looking out? It's very very red. Ok truth is I see a lot of grumbling about vision through it. Here's the long and short of it. I have all of the recent Hasbro and Bandai adult prop helmets. The worst for being able to see out is Iron Man. (Tiny little eyeholes). Star Lord is nowhere near as bad as that. The Stormtrooper and Kylo Ren have better field of view, and if you really need to be able to see out get the Bandai Red Ranger helmet. In terms of overall quality I think StarLord runs a very close second behind Iron Man. Leaving off the weathering would have pushed it over the top.

This is a great piece. One you will be thrilled to own, either for display, or for wearing in public. You might however wish to dress a friendly Golden Retriever up in a Russian space suit as a seeing eye space dog.

Edit: Having had it a few more days, and finally getting to compare it to Guardians of teh Galaxy Vol 2, as that just released on video a few of my opinions have changed slightly. What I did not expect is that the weathering on this helmet is in fact a direct copy and perfect match to the weathering of the on screen prop. Every blemish and rub lines up to the on camera model. The weathering on the helmet isn't random. It's pulled from the digital models and printed directly on the helmet.

Also this helmet is a match to the one used in Guardians 2. It's the darker graphite and bronze colors used in the second movie.

Sin duda uno de los mejores cascos que he comprado, tiene buenos materiales resistentes, ajustable, efectos de sonidos decentes y lo más cool es que puedes conectar tu celular por bluetooth para poner música en unos parlantes que trae el casco, no es dificil de conectarlo, no necesitas una app, es como enlazar unos auriculares, se encienden los "ojos" por así decirlo y puedes ver por dentro sin ningún problema.

Lo único malo que podría encontrarle, es que a los 10 min podría cansarte, ya que todo el peso se recarga en tu nariz, no tiene alguna cinta que te amarre por arriba de la cabeza, de ahí en fuera es una excelente pieza de colección, muy bien detallado.
